Made-to-Order Products:
All items are custom-made to your specifications. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. Please ensure that your order details—such as size, color, and design—are correct before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a refund or replacement, depending on the situation. To help us process your request quickly, please include photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
